From approved design to delivery, custom sublimated lacrosse uniforms typically take 2–4 weeks in production, plus a few days up front for mockups and approval and shipping time at the end. Screen printing and embroidery orders are faster, at about 7–10 days in production. To be safe, plan to order 4–6 weeks before you need your uniforms.
How long does it take to get custom lacrosse uniforms?
Here’s the full timeline, start to finish:
- Mockup & design: 1–2 business days for your first proof, plus time for any revisions and your approval.
- Production (dye sublimation): typically 2–4 weeks after your order is approved and paid.
- Production (screen printing / embroidery): typically 7–10 days.
- Shipping: UPS is the primary carrier; add transit time based on your location.
When should I order to have uniforms in time for my season?
Plan to place your order at least 4–6 weeks before your first game or tournament. That leaves comfortable room for design revisions, the 2–4 week sublimation production window, and shipping. For tournaments with hard deadlines, earlier is always better.
Do you offer rush orders?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis on the production line, but if you have a tight deadline, let your sales representative know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Rush fees may apply. The sooner you reach out, the more options we have to help.
What can delay a lacrosse uniform order?
The most common causes of delay are slow design approvals, low-resolution logo files, and sizing changes after approval. You can keep your order on track by having your artwork ready, confirming your roster and sizes early, and approving your mockup promptly. Once an order goes into live production it can’t be changed, so double-check everything before you approve.
