Congratulations to Stickhead-ProAthletic and Team Awesome Women for winning the 2010 Bump & Grind Miami. Dust the snow off your equipment, round up the squad, and come to sunny Miami for the annual Bump & Grind lacrosse tournament. Perfect weather, packed beaches, and good lacrosse is what the Bump & Grind is all about.
The 2010 Tournament will take place in Miami. 12 Men's Teams and 4 Women's teams will face off over the course of the weekend for the rights to play in the championship on Sunday.
At night, an exciting schedule of events is planned for everyone's entertainment at some of Miami's best nightspots.
